The show home has been designed with comfort and ease in mind. The Vita features a shaker style-based kitchen; simple yet practical and is equipped with high specification appliances, including Miele and mQuvee.

Susan White, Interior Designer at Phoenix Interior Design, commented: “When designing the show home at Sissinghurst, my inspiration was ‘understated elegance’. All rooms have been beautifully appointed with ‘one off collected’ pieces of artwork, filled with luxury sculptural stems, marble sculptures and inviting squidgy sofas, ready to dive in after a long day. We purchased locally sourced products and worked to give each room its own identity to ensure there was something to stop and pause at in each space. For colours, we used ‘cherry lacquer’, a pallet that will be introduced in 2025. I mixed this with charcoal, cream and ink blue to create an interior to stand out from the crowd.”

Gavin Rowley, Managing Director at Brookworth Homes commented: “Gallica is yet another one of our developments that provides modern and contemporary living with ease. As like all our homes, we aim to create convenient living for our customers, and our Sissinghurst site is just this. Designed with its surroundings in mind, The Vita show home reflects the beautiful gardens and imposing castles nearby. We expect the development to be a huge success, so urge those keen to see what life in Sissinghurst is like, to come and explore the show home.”

Located in a small village, East of Tunbridge Wells, Sissinghurst is renowned for its history and The Sissinghurst Castle Garden is perfect for those who want to explore the local heritage. Host to the formal garden, bookshops and a tower, the castle is a great day out for all.  Direct trains to London Pancras, take just over 2 hours from the neighbouring village of Staplehurst, and a trip down to Brighton takes an hour and half by car.
