Half of homes already occupied at new Ash location

New residents have now moved into half of the homes being built at Vistry Group’s Harfleet Gardens location in Ash – less than a year after the development launched.

The housebuilder has handed over the keys to 49 completed properties at the site off Chequer Lane where it is delivering 90 homes under its Bovis Homes brand.

When completed, Harfleet Gardens will comprise 63 properties for private sale and 27 affordable homes for local people through low-cost rent and shared ownership.

The first homes went on sale last autumn and construction work is due to come to an end next spring.
