infinitSpacecreator and provider of white-label flexible workspaces, is launching its second London location under the ‘beyond’ brand at the iconic Kingsbourne House, Holborn.

The company was founded by former WeWork MD of Europe, Wybo Wijnbergen, and his brother, serial tech entrepreneur, Wilco Wijnbergen. It works with landlords to transform traditional office space into modern, flexible and inspiring workspaces, ensuring maximum traction with tenants as businesses’ demands evolve.

The company has already created and operates a flexible workspace in London’s Aldgate Tower under the brand “beyond”, which launched in March of 2022.

The commercial property in Holborn is owned by Hagag-Gaya, a company founded by Eido Hagag. Mr Hagag is an Israeli entrepreneur and co-founder of the publicly traded Hagag Group, one of Israel’s leading property developers.

Hagag-Gaya has entered a partnership with infinitSpace to manage the entire seven-floor building. infinitSpace will create a new flexible workspace totalling 24,000, square feet, which it will operate under the brand beyond Kingsbourne House after it officially opens on 09 January 2023.

beyond Kingsbourne House will offer coworking and private office memberships, all with flexible terms and suitable for a range of needs, from individuals up to large teams of 100 people. There will be fully-equipped meeting rooms and event space for larger groups with additional high-end services as well as private floors with exclusive pantries for premium spaces.

A light-filled space with bold colour palettes, its contemporary design will be complemented by high-quality furniture and fittings, with two balcony areas and a roof terrace boasting panoramic views of the city.

Members will benefit from ultra-fast WiFi, IT support, a community team, and a best-in-class workspace app. Additional services will include beer on tap, barista coffee, breakout spaces, phone booths, a bike locker, and shower and changing facilities.

With a prime location at 229-231 High Holborn, beyond Kingsbourne House is set to be directly next to Holborn underground station and within walking distance of Covent Garden, Soho and Bloomsbury, meaning there are a plethora of shops, cafés, bars, restaurants and entertainment venues nearby.

Wybo Wijnbergen, CEO of infinitSpace, said: “We are delighted to unveil our second London location – and what a location it is. Kingsbourne House is an incredible building in the heart of the city. And amidst the buzz of the capital, we have a bright, modern flexible workspace that will equip its tenants with all the tools, spaces and facilities required to make amazing things happen.

“Since the start of the pandemic, flexible working has become the norm for many businesses. This means they need flexible spaces to work in – ones that can be accessed around the clock, are optimised with technology and provide an exceptional experience to inspire people to travel to their place of work. We are human-centric; everything we do is tailored to empowering human endeavour. And we’re delighted to partner with Eido Hagag and his team for this hugely exciting project.”

“beyond Kingsbourne House will be finished to an incredibly high standard, and not just in terms of office furniture or meeting rooms. It will have balconies, a rooftop terrace, a bar and a wonderful event space. We cannot wait to welcome professionals and organisations to the workspace in the coming months.”
