Rydal Group continued its growth journey by the latest acquisition
In a move with the fierce industry competition, Rydal Group, provider of business communications, IT, Energy and Security services, has acquired NDG Technology’s business communication client base.
Steffan Dancy, Managing Director of Rydal Group, says ”The acquisition of the NDG Technology customer base is a “no brainer”. The majority of clients are located between our Peterborough (East) and Lichfield (Midlands) offices. Our experience and wider support functions will provide additional support to the 100+ customers. This swoop is our second this year, after the purchase of IT MSP BrokenStones IT in March. We will be continuing our growth both organically and through acquisitions.”
As a family run business, growth is the top priority for Rydal team. Established in 2008. Starting from a home-based location delivering mobile airtime and BT line rental and call traffic to local small businesses within the Peterborough area.

Service now specialises in Managed IT, phone systems, VoIP solutions, Gigabit broadband, mobile airtime and CCTV.
