Mason Advisory scoops Silver in Investors in Diversity Award

Mason Advisory has been commended by the National Centre For Diversity (NCFD) and presented with a Silver in the Investors in Diversity Awards for Small Businesses.

This is the first time the leading digital and technology consultancy has entered the award, which lasts for two years to 2026 and reflects the achievements and commitments made by the company to ensure diversity is top of the agenda.

The assessment analyses the company’s fairness, respect, equality, diversity, inclusion and engagement (FREDIE) practices throughout the organisation’s culture. The NCID, recognised as the national equality standard, reported that staff at Mason Advisory felt a strong sense of value and respect among each other and feel there is fairness for all within the organisation.

Romilly Gleave, Head of People and Talent at Mason Advisory, says: “This is the first time we have entered the Investors in Diversity Awards so it’s a huge achievement for our whole team to have been awarded Silver. The award is a mark of excellence, reflecting our dedication to creating an environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to achieve their full potential. This accolade is the result of our continuous efforts to integrate diversity and inclusion into every aspect of our business operations and we are committed to embedding the FREDIE principles within our company culture.

“We will continue to foster an all inclusive, equitable and diverse workplace and take on board all recommendations to work towards Gold at our next assessment in 2026.”

Earlier this year, Mason Advisory was named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing 2024, by Great Place to Work®.
