Surveying specialist has a clear picture of growth ahead thanks to Milk & Tweed’s website and branding design

DIGITAL surveying specialist Surveybase says a new look and feel to its brand and website will reflect the company’s rapid growth.
The 27-year-old Bath-based company has expanded its services for the architecture, engineering and construction sectors to the whole of the UK with offices in London, Bristol, Reading, Birmingham, and Cambridge.
It has been involved in prestigious projects at Caenarfon Castle, Baliol College, Mansfield College and Edward Murray College in Oxford, Smithson Plaza in London, Brighton Marina and St James Church in Trowbridge. It has also carried out surveys for re-cladding work on tower blocks around the UK and has been chosen by English Heritage to provide specialist measured survey services on its historic properties.
Joint managing director Jordan King said the company, which uses laser scanners and drones to produce intricate 3D models of buildings or proposed development sites to assist with planning by mapping buildings’ features and hidden on-site utilities, wanted the new brand and website to bring it up to date.
“The launch of our new digital platform not only reflects this progress, but also marks a meaningful improvement in how we connect with clients. It delivers greater clarity around our service offering, improved transparency, and a more efficient process for requesting tailored quotations,” he said.
The company chose creative agency Milk & Tweed to carry out the branding work and design a new website. “We were attracted to them by their portfolio because we could see they had the capacity they could do what we wanted,” said Surveybase marketing executive Kaitlyn Henry.
The new site features an enhanced quote request system with a simplified online form that enables rapid submission and receipt of bespoke project quotes, expanded service pages with in-depth overviews of Surveybase’s core offerings, project experience and technical expertise and a mobile responsive design offering full functionality and accessibility across smartphones, tablets and desktops.
“From the outset, Milk & Tweed’s team brought fresh ideas, a clear understanding of the brief, and a collaborative approach that made the process seamless,” said Kaitlyn.
“We’re really pleased with the result, the new brand and website feel more confident and modern, and still reflect who we are as a company,” said Kaitlyn.
Milk & Tweed, which has offices in Chippenham and Brighton, specialises in web and brand design and digital marketing. Creative director Jake Jeffries said: “It has been a pleasure working with a company like Surveybase, which is obviously a leader in its field and seeing real growth.
“We’re very pleased that bringing some ideas into our first meeting with the Surveybase team helped persuade them to work with us. That’s the way we like to work – listening carefully to what the customer needs, bringing fresh ideas and working collaboratively.”
