New showhome now open in Wherstead
A showhome has opened its doors at a new development in Wherstead, where more than a third of the homes for sale have now been reserved.
The four-bedroom detached Scrivener has been unveiled at Bellway’s Bourne View, giving prospective buyers the chance to visualise the layout and quality of homes at the development.
With construction progressing well on the site off Bourne Hill, the first residents at Bourne View moved into their new homes last month (December) – and 20 of the 49 private homes have already been sold.
Bellway is also providing a further 26 homes at the development as affordable housing, available for local people through rent or shared ownership.

Bourne View comprises a mix of two, three and four-bedroom houses in a range of designs.
There is currently a choice of three and four-bedroom properties available to reserve, with prices starting from £319,995. One four-bedroom Scrivener is available, priced at £407,995.
