This is a lovely care home, and we are sure they will do well.”
Krish Selvaratnam, Director at Emerald Care Providers Ltd, comments, “Thornfields is a well presented and homely property which, straight away, we thought was right for us. Lymington is a delightful town, and we look forward to getting to know the area and all of those who are involved with the care home.”
Charles Phillips, Director – Healthcare at Christie & Co, who handled the sale, adds, “This is the second home that we have sold for Freddy and Cindy over the years, and it has been a pleasure acting for them again. This care home attracted a good level of interest with multiple offers having been received. We are pleased to have sold the home to Emerald Care Providers Ltd who are new entrants to the care sector, and wish them all the best with their new business. The sale of this home demonstrates the demand for care homes in the South of all sizes and categories of care.”
